Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
- Creating functional training budgets per department, the costs and numbers of participants required training such as planning and budgeting system Organization
- Periodic training schedule
- Develop training modules and master the techniques of motivation and good presentation
- Can make the basic concept of training as one of the main elements in the process of human resource development
- Design training programs and courses are required
Requirements:
- S1/S2 minimal education,
- Experienced in their fields at least 3 (three) years for S1, at least 2 (two) years for educational S2
- Physically and mentally healthy.
- Honest and responsive
- Can communicate well
- Able to apply the computer program Microsoft Office
- Mastering the techniques of motivation and good presentation
- Master the basic concepts of training
- Have the ability as a teacher
- Can work together in teams
