Maintenance Planning SI
Requirements:
- S1 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer

- Good command of written & spoken English
- Good motivator to challenge the team and drive it to success
- Good knowledge of cement manufacturing process
- Good knowledge of maintenance management (MAC, RCM, FMEA)
- Good knowledge on Project Management & PMA
- Good knowledge of analysis, creative, innovative to analyze trouble and develop maintenance performance
- Good Communicator – internal and external (with third party)
- Good knowledge in purchasing system
Tuban Hydraulic & Pneumatic Engineer
Requirements:
- S1 in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineer Experience min 1 year in current position, and 5 years working experience in hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance cement industry
- Computer Literacy : Excel, Ms Word, Lotus Notes
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Excellent supervision skills to ensure the required quality in workman ship
- Good knowledge on hydraulic system
- Hands-on experience e.g. bearing installation, gear reducer revision, welding repairs …
- Knowledge in maintenance systems and maintenance procedures
- Knowledge of cement producing process
- Expert in work mechanism and plant tools function/ main plants tools
- Able to manage existing
Tuban Plant Designer
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- One year in current position
- 5 years of plant drafting/design work in the cement industry or relevant industry.
- Additional experience in mining, material handling and gas ducting would be an asset.
- Computer Literacy : Excel, Ms Word, Lotus Notes
- Good command of written & spoken English
- To understand the cement production process, including main and auxiliary equipment.
- To understand, and to be able to produce mechanical and electrical drawings, incl. detail drawings.
- To understand conceptual and civil/structural drawings.

- Good Communication skills and able to work under pressure
- Good analytical skill

Tuban Automation & Control Specialist
Requirements:
- S1 in Electrical Engineering or Diploma or similar engineer
- One year in current position
- 1 years hands-on experience in maintenance for S1 graduated
- 3 years hands-on experience in maintenance for Diploma graduated
- Computer Literacy : Excel, Ms Word, Lotus Notes
- Good command of written & spoken English
